Each one of us has been given a unique blend of TAGS (talents, abilities, gifts and strengths) in trust. We’re meant to discover, develop and deploy them in such a way that we bear abundant fruit. And there’s an accountability to give for this. This accountability happens in different ways, at different times, and before different accountability partners.
When the time for reckoning comes, we sometimes realise that we’ve not done as much as we’re meant to. We develop feelings of inferiority, envy, jealousy, fear, malice, competition, etc. Especially when we look at others who are seemingly bearing fruit with the TAGS given them. For some, it’s so bad that they plan for ways of eliminating the other people who seem to produce fruit.
May Jesus Christ grant us the grace to bear abundant fruit with whatever has been entrusted to us.
