LYANTONDE: Dr. Angela Kakishozi, the daughter of President Yoweri Museveni, on Saturday introduced her fiancée Amanya Tumukunde during a private function in Lyantonde district.
Mr Amanya is the son of former Security Minister Lt Gen Henry Tumukunde, while Dr Kakishozi’s mother is Enid Kukunda, from Rukungiri.
Present at the low key function was President Museveni’s brothers, Shedrick Nzeire and Michael Nuwagira, alias Toyota, and close family members.

Gen Tumukunde was also present at the joyous event.
The couple is set to wed soon, according to sources. The two lovebirds reportedly met in Malaysia where Ms Kakishozi, was pursuing A Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Kakishozi, a high flying student at her highschool days at Mt. St. Mary’s College Namagunga, is currently pursuing a masters of dematology at a US evy league university.
