TOORO: The current ‘Ekyooto Ha Mpango’ festival has many people fired up, including fashion designer Sheeba Priscilla Kasami.

Not just because she wants to experience the variety of cultures, but because she will be starring the fashion show as she launches her ‘Haute Couture brand.’

Other highlights will include Sylvia Namutebi Alibhai, Miss Elite Judith Heard, and Miss Uganda Earth Ahlam Ismail, commonly known as Lamu.

The festival, which began Friday, began with tourism and cultural trade, and will conclude Sunday with a virtual music performance including Tooro area artists and special guests such as Spice Diana, Aziz Azion, and Beenie Gunter.
