RESULT: URA FC 0 Vipers 1
Defending champions Vipers SC moved to third place on the StarTimes Uganda Premier League (UPL) table standings after beating URA FC 1-0 on Saturday, November 26 at Nakisunga playground.
The victory, thanks to Ibrahim Orit’s second-half goal, means Vipers have collected 17 points from eight games thus far. They now trail leaders Wakiso Giants by just one point.
URA drop to nineth position with 10 points from nine games.
Vipers’ next game will be against SC Villa on Tuesday, November 29 at the St Mary’s stadium, Kitende
Action continues on Sunday, November 27 with Arua Hill hosting Onduparaka FC in the West Nile derby at the Barifa stadium.
