Defending champions Acholi Province were pitied against West Nile Province in the FUFA Drum tournament semifinal draw conducted on Wednesday (November 2) at FUFA House in Mengo.
In the other semifinal pairing, Lango Province, who caoched by former Uganda Cranes skipper David Obua, will take on Tooro Province.
According to the tournament organisers, the semifinal ties will be played over two legs, on a home-and-away basis with the winner on aggregate advancing to the final.
West Nile, the 2018 finalists, will host reigning Champions Acholi on November 13, with the return leg set for December 10 at the Pece stadium in Gulu.
While Tooro will host Lango in the first leg game on November 20 at the Buhinga stadium, Fort Portal. The return leg is slated for December 18 at Akii-Bua stadium in Lira city.
The final will also be played on a home-and-away basis, just like it was the case in the inaugural edition of 2018. The dates for the final have been tentatively set for January 7 and 14, 2023.
