Local football governing body, FUFA, has appointed William Oloya as the centre referee for Sunday’s scheduled Stanbic Uganda Cup final between Vipers SC and BUL FC.

Oloya will be assisted by Dick Okello and Issa Masembe as the linesmen for the final to be played at Masindi stadium. Shamirah Nabadda is the fourth official.
FUFA spokesman Ahmed Hussein said on Friday (June 10) that the appointed officials are expected to ‘live up to the billing in their handling of the game.’
The game is a repeat of last year’s final in which Vipers walloped BUL 8-1 to lift the trophy. This year, however, Vipers are eyeing a domestic league and cup double triumph. The Kitende-based side won the league title last month.
BUL, on the other hand, will be out to revenge and also seek to win their maiden silverware.
