KCCA FC has re-signed striker Erisa Ssekisambu for six months, the club confirmed on Friday, January 28 in a statement.
Ssekisambu played for KCCA during the 2019/2020 season in which he scored five goals for the Kasasiro Boys.
He quit KCCA in January 2021 to join Tarxien Rainbow in Malta’s top-flight league.
By bringing back Ssekisambu, KCCA coach Morley Byekwaso intends to strengthen his attacking options ahead of the second round of the Uganda Premier League, which gets underway next week.
Ssekisambu will compete for a starting place at KCCA with Davis Kasirye, Sadat Anaku, Charles Lwanga, and Brian Aheebwa, who are already established strikers.
Formerly, Ssekisambu featured in Express FC, URA FC, Vipers SC, SC Villa, Jogoo Young, and Kenyan side, Gor Mahia.
